About The Role 🚀
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for retaining and growing Bigblue’s key accounts — some of the most promising European D2C brands — and play a central role in their success.
Location: Paris 9th, France (Hybrid)
As an Account Manager, you will
- Build strong, long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic merchant accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor by connecting operational topics (service, cost, performance) to business impact
- Define improvement plans with merchants based on data analysis
- Identify new partnership opportunities and define improvement plans with merchants
- Deliver customer excellence
- Support stakeholders in their day-to-day use of Bigblue’s services
- Monitor customer feedback and performance trends, and translate them into actionable improvements
- Contribute to product and operational improvements based on merchant insights and market trends
- Optimize internal processes and tools to improve the overall customer experience
- Grow hand-in-hand
- Contribute to our merchants’ strategic development and identify their metrics that drive growth
- Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions to answer them
- Identify and execute out-of-the-box initiatives to engage our existing merchants
- Lead cross-selling and upselling efforts to address customer needs and unlock value
You would be a great fit if this sounds like you
- You have +5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with regular stakeholder interactions
- You have a native level of French and professional working proficiency in English
- You have a growth mindset and are eager to build a strong understanding of the logistics market
- You are comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights during business reviews
- You have solid Excel skills
- You are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris
