Strategy and Planning (15%)
Work with the Product Manager, deliver the highest priority features on the product roadmap that are aligned to the product vision and organizational priorities
Assist in development of sprint and deployment plans aligned to our product’s go-to-market strategy, defining feature set releases that deliver value to our customers
Collaborate with Product Manager(s) to gather and monitor data on product usage and user behaviors to inform prioritization of features

5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Scrum Product Owner.
5+ years of experience working with technical teams, SME’s and stakeholders
Minimum of 3 years Consulting experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of detailed information.
Proven experience with Agile Methodologies.
The ability to communicate effectively, respectfully in English with other team members, project management and executive level clients.
Ability to complete complex tasks on short deadlines and in a fast-past environment
Proficient in various requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques (e.g., business process modeling, use cases/user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, data mapping, etc.)
Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies.
Prior knowledge building and executing test plans and cases for the transformation and movement of complex data between sources and destinations.
Proficient with data analysis tools.
