Senior Business Development Representative (Hybrid Outbound & Inbound)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and social channels
• Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into sales-ready opportunities
• Lead discovery conversations to assess prospect needs, pain points, and fit
• Generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Sales
• Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, leads, and outcomes
• Follow established sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles (B2B, B2C, or both)
• Proven comfort with high-volume outbound calling and multi-channel prospecting
• Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — non-negotiable
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience closing deals or carrying a full sales quota
• Background in high-velocity or transactional sales environments
• Experience qualifying both inbound and outbound leads end-to-end

• Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Dialers and sales engagement tools
• Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
