Senior Counsel, Product – Remote Opportunity (983-SLS)

Solutus Legal Search has been exclusively retained by our client, a leading health and wellness platform that is revolutionizing telehealth for providers and patients alike, in its search for a Senior Counsel, Product.

This attorney will report to the Head Counsel, Product and will serve as a hands-on legal partner responsible for the day-to-day review of marketing claims and promotional materials across the company’s consumer and FDA-regulated product portfolio. This is a highly tactical, execution-oriented role: you will conduct substantive claim reviews, provide legal support for clinical trials and research initiatives, and partner with Regulatory Affairs and other cross-functional teams to build compliance directly into the marketing development process.
