Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, search, display, and email channels
- Own paid media strategy and day-to-day campaign management across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and manage social media content calendars, driving both organic growth and paid performance
- Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, using insights to optimise spend and strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with business goals and brand guidelines
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels
- Keep pace with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain competitive edge
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in digital marketing with demonstrable experience running successful campaigns
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven social media marketing expertise, including both organic and paid strategies
- Data-driven approach with ability to interpret analytics and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present marketing performance clearly to stakeholders
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

- Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations
- Background in performance marketing or growth marketing roles
