Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reporting
- Own and drive social media strategy across organic and paid channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Analyse campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines with a high level of organisation and accountability
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive activity
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with ownership of campaigns end-to-end
- Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, including content strategy and community management
- Hands-on paid media experience across major platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and similar)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and reporting on campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strategic, brand-aware approach
- Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing marketing for product-based or e-commerce brands
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing automation tools
- Experience working within or alongside creative and brand teams
