Our Product team builds software that drives real impact for our students and internal teams. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle—from idea to launch—and play a critical role in shaping what we build and why. You’ll dig deep to understand the challenges our students and teams face, define and prioritize what matters most, and deliver solutions that move us closer to our ambitious goals. If you thrive on ownership and love being in the weeds while still seeing the big picture, this role could be a great fit.

- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a Campus product
- Deeply understand customers pain points and turn them into great products with a team of world-class engineers and designers
- Consistently be able to break down and move from an ambiguous problem into a viable solution across a variety of projects and workstreams
- Drive the high-velocity execution for the one of the core user groups we serve at Campus, backed by data-driven decision making
- Help thousands of students successfully earn their degree at Campus by expanding the capabilities of our product
- Contribute to evolution of Campus product management practices as we scale
- Get comfortable with rapid prototyping, and leveraging AI tooling in our workflows
We’re excited about you because…
- 5+ years of product management or software experience, with a track record of shipping great work.
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking
- Low ego, high EQ, and a strong collaborator.
- Fluency in data and making data-driven product decisions, while also trusting your gut
- You know how to ruthlessly prioritize, think clearly about trade-offs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Move fast, can tackle ambiguous problems, and sweat the details
What you’ll get
- A compensation package that includes a base salary ($160K - $190K) + equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
