About the Role
We seek an ambitious and motivated candidate to join as a Senior Sales Executive DACH and support the Sales team. In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals within the Swiss Market.

What You’ll Do
- Focus on mid to large enterprise companies (250 - 5000+ employees) headquartered in Switzerland
- Take on additional responsibility within the team, identify and take ownership and drive projects that bring value to the wider business:
- Generate new clients for our outstanding travel and spend technology
- Own the entire sales process from the first touchpoint, present product demos to potential clients, negotiate and do the follow-up until closing the deal;
- Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Perk provides. Follow the entire sales cycle;
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches;
- Help define and establish best practices together with the broader team;
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts;
- Mastering to consult conservative clients into digital opportunities;
- Owning the conversations between C level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management;
- Evaluate the existing infrastructure of the clients and consult the individual SaaS solutions;
- Suggest innovative upsell / partner ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Being a native German speaker and fluent in English is a must;
- Fluency in French is a plus
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills;
- Be hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound;
- Be able to work as an individual contributor, but remember you are part of a team;
- Be a customer-centric mindset.
