Software EngineeringWrite high-quality, well-documented, efficient, tested, and maintainable codeEnsure and improve observability and monitoring of our applicationsProactively focus on enhancing other team members’ technical skills, coding standards, and overall code qualityLearn new programming languages when neededActively work on improving the security, performance, and stability of applicationsConduct and receive high-quality code reviewsDesign and ArchitectureProvide technical guidance by contributing to informed, objective, and simple solution discussionsPropose architectural solutions, collaborating and mentoring other team members to meet both functional and non-functional requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields—or equivalent practical experienceProfessional experience in software engineering using Java or KotlinExperience in designing and developing distributed systemsExperience with technologies such as Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similarExperience with relational and non-relational databasesClear and effective communication skillsAdvanced English C1 level
