Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing everything from creator briefing and contract negotiation to final performance reporting.
• Recruit, vet, and manage a diverse portfolio of creators across nano, micro, and macro tiers while ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and budgets.
• Partner closely with Creative and Performance teams to optimize influencer content for both organic reach and paid amplification workflows, such as whitelisting and TikTok Spark Ads.
• Track, analyze, and translate campaign performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS) into actionable recommendations that consistently improve marketing efficiency.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies to cultivate a loyal network of brand ambassadors.
• Manage and allocate influencer campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend across creator tiers and paid amplification.
• Collaborate with U.S. and European marketing teams to align creator strategy with broader global brand initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, specifically within an e-commerce, DTC, or consumer goods environment.
• Proven experience with paid social amplification workflows, including whitelisting, creator licensing, or Spark Ads.
• High proficiency with modern influencer management platforms such as Grin, Aspire, Later, or creator.co
• Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of how influencer marketing strategically drives conversion throughout the marketing funnel.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the organizational agility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-scaled environment.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with performance marketing teams to bridge organic and paid workflows.
