We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the Sr Director GTM operations in the region. This is a high-impact, matrix-leadership role responsible for synchronizing all revenue-generating and retention functions—Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and BDRs.
You will be the architect of our regional growth, with a heavy emphasis on building and scaling a robust partnership ecosystem. While you will work in a "dotted-line" capacity with established functional teams, you will be the primary driver of regional cohesion, ensuring every GTM lever is pulled in harmony to capture market share.
Lead Regional GTM Strategy: Own the end-to-end GTM execution, ensuring Sales, BDR, and CS teams are aligned on regional targets and localized playbooks.
Scale Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary lead for identifying, negotiating, and managing high-value alliances that serve as a force multiplier for our regional growth.
Matrix Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to cross-functional teams in a dotted-line reporting structure, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Bridge the gap between local market needs and global strategy, ensuring CS and Sales are tightly integrated to maximize customer lifetime value.
Market Advocacy: Serve as the "face" of the region, providing feedback to global product and marketing teams to ensure our offering remains competitive in APAC.
Proven GTM Leadership: Extensive experience leading Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development functions, preferably within the tech or SaaS sector.
Matrix Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams without direct hierarchical authority (dotted-line management).
Partnership Specialist: A strong track record of building and executing successful partnership programs from the ground up.
Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the APAC business landscape and GTM nuances.
Strategic Communication: Ability to navigate complex internal organizations and external negotiations with senior stakeholders.
Location: Based in Singapore.
Multilingual: Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Hindi (in addition to English) to effectively engage with diverse regional partners and stakeholders.
Our ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.
Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
