We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead our Design Systems & Foundations work. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on more than maintaining a component library. You'll build and evolve the design systems, product frameworks, and foundational infrastructure that support product development across Zipline.
Your work will help designers, engineers, and PMs move faster, make better decisions, and create more consistent experiences across the product. You'll partner closely with design leadership, engineering, and product teams to shape how Zipline builds and scales.

While we primarily hire in Canada and the USA, we are a global employer, and all hiring regions will use the same methodology to determine fair and transparent pay.
