Applies best practices and standard work to support Operations Procurement Agents managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)

Analyzes supply chain readiness data for production system risk

Provides peer review of supplier readiness plans

Reduces supplier performance risk to current and future production rates

Provides strategies to align with program needs and supply base capabilities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

4+ years of experience with suppliers or supplier management
•
4+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field
•
2+ years managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)
•
Able and willing to travel up to 15% domestically
•
Level 4: 7+ years of experience with suppliers or supplier management
•
7+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field
•
4+ years managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)
•
Bachelor's degree
•
3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams
•
1+ years within fabrication/manufacturing, quality, and/or industrial engineering
•
Experience in a role with strong interpersonal and communication skills
