What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to support hiring strategies and talent needs aligned to business goals
- Build and maintain pipelines of diverse, high-quality candidates using creative sourcing techniques
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Docebo’s culture and values
- Support recruitment process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting projects
- Track recruiting activity and metrics to help inform hiring decisions
- Stay informed on market trends and share insights with the broader team
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experience as a full-stack recruiter, ideally in-house or within a recruitment agency environment
- Experience recruiting within SaaS or technology organizations is preferred
- Experience in technical and product recruitment (engineering, product, design, UX/UI, etc.). Our Italy presence has a high concentration in this business area
- Ability to recruit on a variety of roles, across all areas of the business (revenue, G&A, product, engineering, etc.)
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other talent communities
- Experience using ATS systems; experience with Ashby is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for people, problem-solving, and creating a positive candidate experience.
- Fluency in English (Docebo uses English as our primary language)
