Team Leader - Training and Relationship Manager QLD

What you'll be doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of TRMs to deliver exceptional adviser support
• Driving performance through clear goals, coaching, and development
• Strengthening and expanding adviser and dealer group relationships
• Partnering with Sales Leadership to align strategy and deliver results
• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex adviser needs
• Identifying market trends and opportunities to improve service and product offering
• Contributing to training programs that keep our advisers (and team) ahead of the curve
• Supporting business growth through strong pipeline management and client engagement

What you'll bring

• Experience working with platform products or wealth management solutions
• Proven leadership experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services
• Strong understanding of the financial advice landscape
• A track record of driving performance and building high-performing teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and client outcomes
• RG146 compliant (or equivalent)

Nice to have

• RG146 accreditation - or willing to obtain
• Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field
• Existing knowledge of Netwealth products (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
