About the Role
As a Technical Support Intern, you will work with experienced support engineers to assist customers, investigate technical issues, and learn how enterprise networking technologies operate in real-world environments.
This internship provides valuable exposure to
- DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI)
- Network monitoring and observability
- Network troubleshooting and packet analysis
- Linux systems and enterprise applications
- Customer-facing technical support
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams
What You'll Do
Every day will bring new and exciting challenges. You will
- Assist support engineers with customer inquiries and technical investigations.
- Learn how to troubleshoot issues related to DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management, and network observability solutions.
- Help reproduce customer-reported issues in lab environments and document findings.
- Analyze logs, system behavior, and monitoring data to assist with troubleshooting efforts.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Contribute to internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Support onboarding and adoption activities for customers.
- Learn best practices for enterprise networking, monitoring, and technical support.
- Collaborate with teams across Customer Care, Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success.
- Gain exposure to real-world enterprise customer environments and technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field.
- Strong interest in networking, infrastructure, and technology.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to help others succeed.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, or Linux is considered a plus.
- Exposure to networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or monitoring tools through coursework, labs, certifications, or personal projects is a plus.
