The Role
As the Digital Growth Manager – Philippines on the Philippines Growth team, you will be the driving force behind LemFi's online user acquisition and engagement strategies across international markets. Your primary objective is to expand our reach and solidify our brand presence among the Southeast Asian diaspora in key markets like the UK, USA, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
You won't just be managing influencers — you will be architecting a holistic digital ecosystem. By leveraging KOL and associated acquisition channels, cultivating a high-impact influencer network, and forging strategic B2B partnerships, you will deliver measurable user growth and revenue.
Working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Growth teams, you will have the creative freedom and analytical backing to optimise campaigns that improve unit economics and connect the global Filipino community with home.

- Build Engaged Communities: Cultivate active online communities that strengthen our brand presence and drive organic conversions from sign-ups to transacting users.
- Collaborate on Content: Partner with designers and cross-functional teams to translate audience insights and market research into compelling, high-converting ad creatives. Work closely with the Paid Ads team to ensure a pipeline of conversion-driven content.
- Own the Metrics: Take direct accountability for key financial and growth indicators, including new user sign-ups, conversion rates, CAC (cost of acquisition), and recurring revenue for the Philippines corridor.
- Manage CRM Functions: Track churn, manage the transactor lifecycle, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure compliant, effective campaigns.
- Cultural Ambassador: Act as the diaspora and cultural expert for the Philippines market during regional events and cross-functional planning.

- Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced startup environment and can quickly pivot strategies based on shifting competitor dynamics or market trends.
