➡️ What you'll do
- Own small and medium activations end-to-end: a booth at Food Hotel Tech, a local networking event, a partner activation — scoping, budget, logistics, staffing, on-site execution and post-event analysis.
- Contribute to flagship events like the Congrès des experts-comptables, where Qonto runs 110m²+ stands that demand a coordinated, sharp experience.
- Design standout on-site 360° experiences across formats that make Qonto memorable and let visitors feel the brand, not just pocket a flyer.
- Source and convert opportunities: assess new events with a business lens (market, audience fit, pipeline impact), then run field growth-hacking tactics — pre-event acquisition, on-site lead capture, fast follow-up.
- Deliver cross-functionally and measure: align Marketing, Sales, Design and Partnerships on assets, messaging and vertical roadmaps, track KPIs, and turn learnings into concrete recommendations.
➡️ What we're looking for
- Master's student (ideally M2) in Marketing or Communication, an event-focused specialisation welcome.
- You've already run events end-to-end: planning, logistics, suppliers, on-site execution and reporting. B2B, SaaS, fintech or consulting is a plus.
- Business-minded: you like assessing opportunities, prioritising for impact, and testing field growth-hacking tactics.
- Brand instinct and range: you turn brand objectives into memorable on-site 360° experiences, juggle several activations without dropping quality, and move easily between strategy and hands-on ops.
- Fluent French and English.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets and KPI tracking (Notion a plus). Interest in entrepreneurship, finance or the accounting ecosystem is a bonus.
➡️ What we can offer you
- A 1-year apprenticeship (alternance), 3 days company / 2 days school, starting ideally before 1 Sept (8 Sept at the latest).
- Paris-based, office-first: on-site at least 3 days/week for event ops and stakeholder coordination, with remote flexibility for focus work.
- Real ownership, built for a full year: you'll own your first small/medium activation end-to-end within about three months, then take on more across the year.
- A true 360° scope: ops, comms, stakeholders, objective tracking and post-event feedback, across multiple formats at a high cadence.
- Cross-functional by default: you'll work with PMM, Content/Copywriting, Brand/Design, Sales, RevOps/Growth Ops and Partnerships.
➡️ Your future manager
You'll work directly with Constance, Events Marketing Manager B2B — your manager and mentor, with a weekly 30-minute 1:1 to review pipeline, prioritise and unblock. She sets expectations and priorities clearly upfront, works from written briefs in Notion, decides quickly, and gives direct, actionable feedback. She stays close on strategic alignment while handing you the execution, and widens your autonomy as you ramp — the one thing she expects back is proactive communication: flag risks early, not late.
