You’re a Fit If You…
- Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in-house or at a search agency
- Are at ease in startup environments and thrive amid ambiguity, rapid iteration, and high growth
- Communicate clearly—both written and verbally—and make every candidate feel valued
- Are well-connected, respected by peers, and have a personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn, trusted network)
- Care deeply about quality, processes, and candidate experience
- Are excited to work flexibly—this role is fully remote and freelance-friendly
Nice to Have
- Previous experience recruiting at early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets
- Enjoy writing or speaking about recruiting, talent, or startup culture
