Nooks is looking for its first dedicated Sales Leader to own and scale our Sequencing product upsell motion within our existing customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to build a startup within Nooks. This is a front-line leadership role: you will inherit a team of 3 AEs and be responsible for growing it to 8 by end of year, while building the repeatable playbook that gets us there.
The team has built v0 and v1 of this motion from scratch, taking it from $0 to $xM ARR. Your job is to take it from proven to scalable. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and partner closely with sales, cs, and EPD to build a motion that compounds.
