Enebacken är ett vård- och omsorgsboende med totalt 108 platser. 2 avdelningar är avsedda för korttids- och växelvård. 3 avdelningar är somatiska och resterande 7 avdelningar har inriktning mot personer med demenssjukdom. Vi har sjuksköterska dygnet runt. På dagtid finns undersköterskor, arbetsterapeut, fysioterapeut, kurator och aktivitetscoach att tillgå i huset.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
Du har ett arbetsledande ansvar enligt HSL och ska vara pedagogisk i din handledning av omvårdnadspersonal utifrån MAS riktlinjer och enhetens rutiner. Du ansvarar för att samordna och genomföra HSL insatser. Vi arbetar även med kvalitetsregister såsom Senior alert, BPSD och Svenskt palliativregister.
Teamet består av omvårdnadspersonal och en sjuksköterska.
