In this role, you’ll get to
- Hubspot & Zuddl CMS Management
- Own day-to-day management of CreatorIQ’s website within Hubspot CMS, including page updates, module edits, template modifications, and content publishing
- Build, maintain, and improve reusable Hubspot modules, templates, and themes—and create the documentation and training materials necessary to enable marketing teams to self-serve content correctly and at scale
- Manage CMS staging environments and deployment processes to ensure site stability and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve CMS issues related to layout, functionality, integrations, and performance
- Web Design & UX
- Design and produce visually compelling, on-brand web pages, landing pages, and microsites that balance aesthetics with conversion optimization
- Maintain and iterate on existing databases and landing pages, including our Top 10 Leaderboards and Global Benchmarking Calculator
- Translate marketing briefs, wireframes, and brand guidelines into high-quality web experiences using tools like Figma and Hubspot
- Ensure design consistency across all web properties, upholding CreatorIQ’s visual identity, typography, color palette, and component library
- Partner with Brand and Creative to evolve the visual language of our web presence over time
- Landing Page Creation & Optimization
- Build & launch high-converting landing pages for campaigns, events, content downloads, product launches, and paid media in Hubspot
- Collaborate with demand generation and product marketing to align page structure, messaging hierarchy, and CTAs with campaign objectives
- Implement A/B testing frameworks and iteratively optimize pages based on performance data, heatmaps, and stakeholder feedback
- Version and adapt landing pages across campaigns while maintaining brand and quality standards
- Technical SEO
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices across all web properties, including metadata, canonical tags, structured data (schema markup), URL structures and internal linking
- Partner with content and demand generation to translate SEO strategy into properly structured, technically sound web pages
- Conduct regular site audits to identify and remediate issues related to crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, broken links, and indexability
- Monitor and report on site health using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Front-End Development & Integrations
- Write and maintain clean HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript/HubL to customize page layouts, modules, and templates within Hubspot
- Integrate third-party tools, tracking pixels, scripts, and marketing technologies into the CMS (e.g., analytics, chat, personalization, form tools)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG) compliance across all web experiences
- Analytics & Performance
- Monitor web performance metrics (traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, page speed) and surface actionable insights to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate tagging and tracking across the site using Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly web reporting, connecting web activity to pipeline and business outcomes
- Web Project Management
- Manage the full production process of web projects—from intake and scoping through execution and launch—overseeing requests, timelines, and deliverable quality
- Serve as the main point of contact for web-related requests, clearly communicating requirements, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders across the organization
- Coordinate directly with IT, GTM-Operations, and external agencies on web/domain-related needs and technical logistics
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position
- 3-6 years of experience in web design, CMS management, or web development, ideally within B2B or SaaS
- Hands-on Hubspot CMS experience, including building pages, managing templates, and working with modules and themes (Hubspot CMS certification a plus)
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, conversion-focused web design
- Proficiency in front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript; experience with HubL is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of technical SEO principles and experience implementing them in a CMS environment
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages for campaigns, demand generation, or paid media
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work on a deadline
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and feedback friendly approach to creative and technical work
Nice to have
- Experience with Figma for web design mockups and prototyping
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Hubspot)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and experience building accessible web experiences
- Experience implementing Technical SEO requirements
- Background in brand design or graphic design with an understanding of visual storytelling systems
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM integrations within Hubspot
- Experience with ticketing or work management systems (e.g., Asana, Jira) for managing and tracking web requests and project workflows
