Omnea’s GTM Team is 40 people, growing fast, and is closing deals with some of the world’s most renowned businesses. Yet as we scale the team, our product rapidly progresses, and our market & AI capabilities evolve, it’s now clear that the impact of effective enablement at scale is enormous. That’s where you come in!
You’ll own how we drive excellence across our revenue generating teams, collaborating with domain experts across Sales, Product, Marketing, and beyond to form and maintain excellent knowhow, delivered via impactful enablement programming.
AI will also be a key and growing part of your role - driving the development and adoption of our AI skills and tooling across GTM, and leveraging AI yourself to work faster and further amplify the impact of the enablement work you’re leading.
As our first dedicated hire in this space, you’ll be instrumental to our success. This role is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organised with information, impact-oriented, and obsessed with results - in whatever form matters for the task at hand.
Architect & own our sales knowhow and materials – optimise, organise, and disseminate critical knowhow across the GTM function, keeping it concise and current as things rapidly evolves. The one-to-many impact of this role is enormous.
Develop, run, and measure onboarding and upskilling programmes - for each GTM role, you will own the onboarding and ongoing enablement pathways, ensuring key skills are developed and impact is measured. Collaborating with the team to prioritise, optimise, and engage will be crucial for your success.
Build with & prioritise our GTM AI roadmap - you’ll develop and use AI both to support your role in maintaining central knowledge whilst our product and market rapidly evolve, and to drive greater productivity and outcomes across GTM.
Collaborate with key leaders across the business - whether that’s to ensure our latest product functionality is effectively used and demonstrated, reflect our latest marketing POV and company narrative in sales materials, or codify the best techniques from our best performers for others to adopt.
About youWhat we’re looking for
3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced, delivery-focussed environment - where excellent communication, delivery of impactful information, and outcomes matter. Note that we are happy to bet on hunger & ability over specific enablement experience.
You’re execution-focussed and forward-thinking - you know that both moving fast & with care are needed to maximise your impact across the GTM function. You drive yourself and others toward the skills and techniques that maximise impact - effective AI is adoption is a good example here.
You’re a practical systems thinker and are highly organised - everybody is time poor and overloaded with information; you tackle this by investing heavily in user experience - keeping knowledge concise and current, and programming manageable and thoughtful. You can demonstrate this with how you manage your digital ecosystem today.
You are an excellent communicator - enablement is about landing key messages at the right time and driving behavioural change. Communicating effectively across various mediums, asynchronously and live, is a crucial aspect of this.
