As a LATAM-focused SDR & AE, you will be the driving force behind building our presence in the LATAM market for Shape. You’ll go beyond traditional SDR responsibilities - not only opening doors, but also taking ownership of early-stage opportunities and helping convert them into meaningful commercial conversations.
You’ll play a key role in helping us understand the LATAM construction landscape, shaping how we position Shape in the region, and building strong relationships with industry players.
Team
You'll be part of our Growth team, working closely with sales, marketing, and product experts. Together, we tell Shape's story to the world and build connections with those who haven't yet experienced how game-changing our platform is.
1. Open doors: Proactively identify and engage construction teams across LATAM, introducing them to Shape and generating high-quality opportunities. You’re confident in cold outreach and know how to break into hard-to-reach markets. You must be very comfortable and confident doing cold calls - indeed you must love it!
2. Refine our outreach strategy: Use your insights from the market to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategies specific to LATAM. Help us understand what resonates locally.
3. Collaborate with the team: You'll work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts, share feedback, and ensure we're reaching the right people in the right way.
4. Grow yourself and others: We're big on learning and development. You'll have the opportunity to sharpen your sales skills, share best practices, and contribute to building a world-class growth function.
5. Shape how we scale: Bring your experience building outreach processes and systems to help us refine our SDR engine as we expand our consulting service lines and client base.
