Where our jobs come from
We pull listings directly from companies’ own applicant tracking systems — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and others — so every job is real, current, and links straight to the company’s official application. No reposted middle-men and no stale listings: we focus on remote and hybrid roles, and archive jobs as soon as they close.
Who we built it for
Sydicom is for remote job seekers everywhere, with particular care for people across Africa — where access to quality remote work, and the tools to compete for it, can change the trajectory of a career. Remote work you can do from anywhere shouldn’t be locked behind a paywall or buried under thousands of irrelevant listings.
How we think about AI
