Questions, answered straight
What is a credit?
Credits pay for AI tool runs. An Answer Pack, every form answer for one job drafted from your CV, costs 5 credits. Plan credits reset each period; top-up credits never expire.
Why not just use free ChatGPT?
You can, but it does not know which jobs you can actually get, what the application form asks, or what is on your CV. Sydicom reads the job’s real form and your real experience, so the answers are specific instead of generic.
Is Sydicom legit?
Every job is pulled from the company’s own career system and links to the official application. Payments run through Paystack for Naira and Dodo for USD. We never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Your plan simply runs to its end date. Bank transfers never renew on their own, and card auto-renew switches off with one tap on the billing page.
Do the plans differ in features?
No. Every plan unlocks every tool and the full board. Bigger plans carry more credits, and All-In (Quarterly) has the lowest price per credit.
Can I pay in Naira?
Yes. Naira by card or bank transfer through Paystack, or USD by card through Dodo. Prices are set in both currencies, so there are no conversion surprises.
